Our Values

Sustainability
We will play a key role in reducing carbon emissions as defined in King County's K4C climate goals. We will repurpose and replant any removed trees and eliminate the thousands of pounds of phosphorus and hundreds of yards of sediment each year entering Lake Sammamish caused by unmitigated uphill development. Our project will be a walking demonstration of best environmental practices and be a beacon to the world to inspire greater stewardship of our earth

Community Partnership
We will provide and demonstrate innovative transportation solutions. We will work together with the City to examine and provide (if desired by the public) additional road and trail connections within our project. Working with affected municipalities we will craft a plan to maximize tax revenue from our project and enhance City budgets. We will establish partnership agreements with the School District and the City to create opportunities for use of certain facilities within our project.
